- The course was GREAT. More depth on how to manage distributed teams in different timezones would enhance the course further. Offshore teams are very common in IT and having the whole team in one place might not be possible for many companies. Secondly, having the course material in electronic format (e.g. ppt or pdf) would be helpful to deliver training to my team in my company.
- Great job!
- I would recommend extending the class length as several topics were not covered that I would have liked to have explored. Maybe add an additional 1/2 day or something.
- Great content in the course but could definitely have improved on articulating the methods/process. Organization seemed lacking at times. I understand it was a real-life application of the SCRUM methodology but there needs to be more emphasis on tangible processes that we can bring back to our respective companies and implement (No grey areas).
- Need to assume that the team doesn't know Scrum, especially for product owner course. Need to be less vague around best practices that are firm versus things that need to be adapted to your team.
- Bryan and Marie were excellent facilitators. I look forward to a continued relationship with them.
- The only reason that some of the ratings are lower than a 5 is that I am applying Scrum to science research rather than software development. Not Bryan's problem, he's great!
- Great Class.
