The Utah Technology Council is sponsoring a 2 day seminar entitled "Success by Meeting: (improving the productivity of something everyone detests)" for those who want to be professional facilitators and those who want their organizations to run smoother. If you've ever calculated how much money your organization spends on unproductive meetings this class is for you. Learn about the simple techniques and management skills needed to keep your most challenging meetings and workshops on track and productive. This course is certainly targeted at those who will facilitate such a session, but it's also a great course for those in leadership positions wanting to focus people's attention and gain commitment quickly.
