At Agile University, we promote courses that specialize, teach, and outline Agile and related methodologies. By registering as an AU trainer, you have the right to list any of your publicly available courses on the website.  These postings are subject to review for consistency, applicability and subject matter by AU staff.

Once you submit a course for approval, we will look at it right away and let you know as soon as possible about any changes that need to be made or any questions that we have.  After the course is approved by the administrator, you can expect to see your course listed on the site within seven business days.

Yes, you can go to the edit course button on your control panel and change information as long as it has not been posted on the website.  Once the course is posted, it will be locked and you will have to notify the administrator at info@agileu.org if you would like to change something.  You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all of your course listings on the website.

No, each course is different and you can pick a different service offering for each course.  By choosing an option on the Trainer Service Offering page, you agree to use that service for that course.  You can choose as many options for your various courses as you wish.  By selecting a course listing option on the automated system, you agree to do so in accordance with the then current course listing procedures listed on the website.

Normally, we need at least 16 days before the date of a course to cancel.  If you choose to cancel, we will take the necessary steps to cancel registration and venue reservations.  If you cancel a course, Agile University is not responsible for any expenses related to printing, booking, reservations, student travel expenses or any other expense incurred during the planning of this course.

As an AU trainer, you may be unable to teach a course from time to time.  If you are unable to teach a scheduled course, you agree to find a suitable replacement trainer for the course, subject to AU’s approval.  If a suitable replacement trainer is not available, AU reserves the right to cancel the course and issue refunds to previously registered attendees.

In the event of a course cancellation, AU reserves the right to retain the $1000 or $500 course administration fee indicated on the Order Form.  In addition, you will reimburse AU for any fees that we have paid on your behalf including, but not limited to, printing and reproduction charges, course site reservation charges, food and beverage charges, and credit card processing fees. 

If you use the Full Service Option for listing courses on Agile University, we will print your courseware and ship it to your training location.  You will need to create the course materials and send them to us three weeks before the course begins. Material printing and delivery, allows for trainers to remove themselves from the process of submitting their course materials for printing as well as ensuring proper delivery of these materials. AU offers both a printing and delivery service that ensures that each registrant will receive course materials necessary for a quality course. AU also ensures that these course materials are printed and used solely for and by the trainers.

You can post courses anytime before the start date of a course, however, we recommend that you give us at least one month prior to the course start date.
