- I really appreciated the real-world experience that Tamara brought to the course. She was able to take things from the academic to the practical and give guidance and advice on how to deal with very real world situations.
- Tamara was great. She introduced me to many new concepts and even shared ideas on how to improve things that we are currently doing but need to do better. I would attend one of her courses again.
- As a past teacher - I was particularly impressed by the teaching skills that Tamara displayed. She did an outstanding job in 'teaching' the class as well as in presenting the materials.

We tended to go down rat-holes fairly often and the instructor allowed another classmate to dominate many of the conversations. I did enjoy the interactive exercises. I found some of the PowerPoint material somewhat tedious.
- The instructor seemed to lack the real life experience of applying Scrum to teams. She was more focused on Scrum as a project management methodology.
- I wish I had met Tamara before starting Agile. Our projects would have gone much smoother. She is a wonderful teacher, her methods are extremely clear. I would love to have her come to our shop and teach all of us.

- Sometimes I thought material could have been covered a bit more quickly. At times it seemed we were pressed for time and that was stressful.

- Tamara presents the Scrum principles in a practical way such that they can be immediately applied to your real world work environment. I found Tamara's course to be surprisingly well run and helpful. She offers many good examples and experiences of Scrum used in practice.

- This course was extremely helpful. I will be taking a lot of what I learned and applying at work. Tamara was very knowledgeable, approachable and great at giving advice on specific situations on how to apply Agile and Scrum principles. The only area that could have used work is managing the questions of the group. We would get side tracked on questions from the group and some topics could have been delayed to later when the subject was going to be covered in the course.
- I thought that Tamara was an excellent instructor. She professionally got through insurmountable issues in this class, which for the most part could not get beyond who they were to see the principles. She used numerous communication tools to get across the same material because it was not gelling in people's heads. And she did this with a smile and with patience. She was a saint. I would have committed hara-kiri after three people asked in the wrap up if they could change the intervals of time of a sprint could last based on work assigned. She just smiled and once again went through the process. Kudos for her wonderful job in the midst of much adversity.
