Barbara Wilders joined the CCPace practice in October of 2005, with a broad range of experience that includes 5 years in the Lean-Agile community and over 20 years in customer relationships and project management. She implemented credit card acceptance for the United States Postal Service (over $1million in transaction revenue) and supported the issuing of travel cards (over 3.5 million) to United States Government agencies. Her assignments since joining CC Pace include working with Senior Leadership to set strategic direction for adoption of Lean-Agile across the organization. She has led the building of organizational capacities for the implementation of Agile across the project portfolio by developing and supporting the relationships between the Business and the Project Teams. Barbara has been extremely effective in her unique approach of developing and mentoring product owners and agile coaches. As an Agile Consultant, she is an enthusiastic Certified Practicing Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner committed to the success of her clients. Barbara also has a great sense of humor and is appreciated even while in the most challenging environments.
