David Spann, Executive Coach, consultant and trainer, focuses on developing the organizational capacity and management skills required by Agile and Adaptive Management processes. David was first introduced to Agile-like techniques fighting wildfires (e.g., daily debriefs, flexible planning, highly skilled people working together) and since then has been the MBA Director at Westminster College in Salt Lake, strategic consultant for several Technology Associations, and the co-host for each of the first four Agile Executive Summits held within the Agile Software Conferences.
