Jochen (Joe) Krebs, is a active member in the agile alliance and the agile project leadership network where he spearheads the local chapter in NYC. As a certified Scrum Master and co-author of the "RUP- Reference and Certification Guide", he publishes articles with a focus on project management and requirements engineering. He is currently working on his second book "Agile Portfolio Management" to be published in 2008 under Microsoft Press. He hold his MSc in Computing for Commerce and Industry at the Open University. Throughout his career he has been teaching more than 1000 professionals in topics such as project management, requirements engineering and object-orientation.
