Rod Claar has been designing, developing and implementing software since the late 1980s. His early work was driven by a desire to learn and solve work related problems that required custom software. This led to a career change to the software industry. He has enterprise level experience with software data problems. His experience in this area and agile process experience have led him to start working on a book dealing with the problems of managing enterprise data in an agile environment. Rod has taught and/or coached hundreds of people on teams using Scrum as their agile process.
